Our competent and experienced employees ensure the delivery of a high-quality solution and service. Most have a background in the health service and have a high level of education as well as extensive and varied experience from clinical practice.

NORWEGIAN AND INTERNATIONAL EDITORIAL STAFF

Behind the solution is a large team of subject matter experts who monitor the research literature, update existing content and develop new content. All our editors have practical experience as nurses with further education at master's level.

Because the systematic use of research and other academic literature is central to VAR, we have our own research librarian who assures the quality of this work.

The content of VAR is knowledge-based. In addition to the fact that VAR is in line with international research and experiential knowledge, the content also follows legal requirements and guidelines for all of the various countries. We work closely with local experts and specialists to ensure clinical relevance in each country, but also to systematically acquire clinical experiential knowledge across countries.
