6. Personal data in www.varportal.co.uk

  • Username
  • Password
  • Full name

If access exceeds the standards in VAR, modules to which access has been granted are defined.

In the case of user deletion, a deletion will remove all traces of the user that the system has generated.

There are two possibilities to delete user information:

a) The system sends out confirmation requests by e-mail to the registered user's e-mail address once a year. This is done to verify that the user is still active. If such confirmation is not received, the user is automatically deleted in the system.

b) Customer service in VAR can delete individual users either at the request of the user or on their own initiative.

The data we store in www.varportal.co.uk is only used for login and access control. Nor is any data stored about the individual's use of the system.
