At VAR Healthcare, we are committed to ensuring that you, as a user, are well-supported in presenting and implementing VAR in your institution.
It is crucial that VAR is effectively implemented in practice to ensure the correct use of procedures and rationales, maintain good information flow, and fully leverage the opportunities within VAR for the benefit of the patient.
IMPLEMENTATION OF VAR, TECHNICAL TOOLS AND CHANGE MANAGEMENT
A successful implementation has several elements, and we recommend an implementation course at the beginning and later to refresh knowledge and routines. We have also developed an implementation guide (digital and paper) that can support you throughout the process.
WORKSHOP: MANAGEMENT ENGAGEMENT
A seminar for leaders, project managers, and potentially superusers of VAR. We begin with the organisation's wishes, needs and limitations. Together, we develop a plan for further implementation and engagement. The workshop is built upon theories and experiences from change management.
IMPLEMENTATION PACKAGE
VAR tailors implementation and re-implementation according to the needs of the organisations, with durations ranging from a few hours to a full-day course. Over the years, we have gathered experiences and developed an evidence-based implemenation process, with accompanying support documents and idead. WE delve into the details of implementaions planning, evaluation, and follow-up.
KICK-OFF SEMINAR
The course is suitable for all employees and managers, whether VAR is new or you need a re-fresh. The focus is on the use, content, navigation and utilisation of VAR in practical everyday life. We adapt to your needs with a duration of between 4 and 6 hours for the day course. Longer courses will include cases and practical exercises.

COURSE IN DOCUMENTATION
The seminar can be adapted to your organisation/company needs. Examples of possible topics are:
- The legislation that undelies and governs the documentation, professional and policy guidelines.
- What should be documented and how
- How VAR can be used to strengthen and streamline documentation and serve as knowledge and decision support, nursing classifications and terminologies (e.g., SNOMED CT/ICNP)
The course uses case studies and offers practical solutions.

We can collectively develop the scope and content of a professional development day. The purpose is to gain insight into all application areas with ideas and tips for improvement projects with VAR.
We solve case assignments together and discuss suggestions on how you can best utilise VAR. We combine your knowledge of your own resources and needs with our experience.
