It is crucial that VAR is implemented into practice in a good way, both to ensure correct use of the procedures and the knowledge material, to ensure a good flow of information and to exploit the opportunities inherent in VAR in the best interests of the patient.
MENTATION OF VAR/TECHNICAL TOOLS AND CHANGE MANAGEMENT
A good implementation has several elements and we recommend an implementation course at start-up and later to refresh knowledge and routines. We have also developed an implementation system (digital and paper) that can support you throughout the process.
WORKSHOP: MANAGEMENT ANCHORING
A seminar for managers, project managers and, if applicable, super users of VAR. Our starting point is the organisation/company wishes, needs and framework. Together we develop a plan for further implementation and anchoring. The basis for the workshop is theories and experiences about change management.
IMPLEMENTATION PACKAGE
Tailors implementation and re-implementation to the needs of the organisation/business, lasting from a few hours to a day course. Over the past 20 years, we have gathered experiences and built up a knowledge-based implementation process, with accompanying supporting documents and ideas. We go into depth on planning, evaluating and following up the implementation.
KICK-OFF SEMINAR
The course is suitable for all employees and managers, whether VAR is new or you need a re-fresh. The focus is on the use, content, navigation and utilisation of VAR in practical everyday life. We adapt to your needs with a duration of between 4 and 6 hours for the day course. Longer courses will include cases and practical exercises.

COURSE IN DOCUMENTATION
The seminar can be adapted to your organisation/company needs. Examples of possible topics are:
- The legislation that forms the basis and governs the documentation, professional and political guidelines
- What should be documented and how to complete this appropriately
- How VAR can be used to strengthen and streamline documentation. Furthermore, how VAR is used as a knowledge and decision support tool, as well as aiding to clarify nursing classifications and terminologies (e.g. SNOMED CT/ICNP).
The course uses case studies and practical solutions for this.
